It is mainly used for food, chemical, pharmaceutical industries. For the full stainless steel linear vibrating screen sieve, it will install the stainless steel wire mesh sieve or punched screen plate to avoid any kinds of wood or paint proof. Compared with the round shape vibrating screen, the rectangular shape linear vibrating screen is higher capacity, customized outlet design, more mesh size upto 7 layers which can separate max to 8 grade by one machine.
There two horizontal vibrating motors installed on the below of the screen box or on the two side of the machine will vibrate in opposite directions and generate the vibration force and transmitted to the screen surface. Under the action of vibration force, the screen case which supported on the four compression spring produces a continuous linear vibration. In the process of the movement, the powder or the pellets will jump on the screen and keep going in a straight line at the same time, and then go through the multi-layer screen aperture size, then different size of powder or pellets was separated out from different outlet. It can be equipped with single or multi-decks to achieve different purposes like grading, removing impurity, removing dust, testing, washing selecting, dehydration, etc.
This linear vibrating screen has high screening accuracy, large processing capacity, simple structure, low energy consumption, low noise, long screen life, good sealing, very little dust spillage, easy maintenance, and can be used for automated operations in assembly line production.

Preparation before installation
1. Check whether the motor label meets the requirements.
2. Use a 500-volt meg ohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance. The value should be obtained by drying the stat or winding. The drying temperature should not exceed 120°C.
3. Check the fasteners of the motor to prevent loosening.
4. Check whether there is any damage or deformation on the surface of the motor.
5. Check whether the rotation is flexible. If there are any abnormalities, they should be eliminated.
6. Check the power supply to see if there is any phase loss, and run it without load for 5 minutes.
Installation and adjustment
1. The motor should be fastened to the mounting surface, which must be smooth and flat.
2. The motor can be installed horizontally.
3. The motor lead adopts four-core rubber cable YZ-500V. When connecting to the power supply, the lead cable is not allowed to have sharp bends and is reliably fixed with the vibrating body.
4. The motor should have reliable grounding. There is a grounding device inside the motor, and there are signs on the lead ends. You can also use solid bolts on the feet for grounding.
5. Adjustment of exciting force.
Daily Use and Maintenance
1. This machine should be equipped with electrical protection devices.
2. In the early stage of operation of this machine, check the anchor bolts at least once a day to prevent loosening.
3. When the motor rotation direction does not meet the requirements, just adjust the power phase sequence.
4. The motor should be well lubricated, and lithium-based grease (ZL-3) should be replenished every two weeks or so. When refueling, add an appropriate amount of lithium-based grease through the oil cup. When using sealed bearings, the motor is not equipped with an oil cup.
5. After the machine has been running for 1500 hours, the bearings should be inspected and replaced immediately if there is serious damage.
6. When the machine is used again after being parked for a long time, the insulation resistance should be measured using a 500-volt meager. It should be greater than 0.5 meg-ohm.
