The working principle of the stainless steel screw feeder conveyor is ingenious. It uses the rotation of the spiral blades to push the material from the feeding port to the discharge port to achieve continuous, uniform and stable transportation. The stainless steel screw feeder conveyor is mainly composed of a drive device, a screw blade, a head section, an intermediate section, a tail section, and a feeding and discharging device.
Screw blade: It is mainly composed of a shaft and a spiral blade. The spiral blade can be divided into two types according to the material: with a shaft and without a shaft.
Drive device: It is composed of a motor, a reducer, a coupling and other parts, and mainly provides power for the equipment.
Head section: It is mainly composed of three parts: a thrust bearing, a spiral body, and a casing.
The thrust bearing is used to bear the axial thrust during material transportation. When a cylindrical gear reducer is used, it is also necessary to bear the additional cantilever load of the drive device.
Intermediate section: It mainly consists of a hanging bearing, a spiral body and a casing. The hanging bearing supports the spiral shaft, so that the stainless steel screw conveyor can work normally. This is a relatively important part.
