It is a kind of mature technology,general and tend to be standardized classic inertia sieving equipment. It can be made in full stainless steel, or contact parts stainless steel, or full carbon steel as per different industry applications. It can meet the requirement of most materials in grading granulated stuffs and screening out powder and liquid in different operation.  It is a high precision fine powder sifting equipment. As it has the characteristic of low noise, high efficiency, fully closed structure, quickly change the screen sieve design, low maintenance cost, it is widely used in food, chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, mineral industry etc. 

As per different sieving applications, It can be made in fully stainless steel 304/316L, or contact parts stainless steel 304/316L or fully carbon Steel, Stainless steel Rotary Vibrating Screen is mainly used for the food,chemical and pharmaceutical industry, while the carbon steel rotary vibrating screen is mainly used for the ceramic, mineral, and other industries.

 

Machine Structures

Vertical vibration motor is used as the excitation source, and the upper and lower ends of the motor are installed with eccentric weight which can transform the rotation force of the motor into horizontal, vertical, and inclined directions, meanwhile transfer this motion to the screen surface, then the screen drive the material do same motion as sieve do,that is why it is called rotary vibrating screen.

Working Principle

Adopt the vertical vibration motor as the vibration source,By means of the upper and lower hammer mounted on the vibration motor, the rotary vibrating screen sieve can convert the rotary motion force of the motor into three dimensional motion (Horizontal, Vertical, Inclined),then this motion will be transferred to the screen surface and realize the sieving purpose. The vibration force can also be adjusted by adjusting the upper and lower ends of the phase angle of the hammer so as to meet the different sieving accuracy requirement.
Machine Features

1. Wide Application: sieving any granules or powder as fine as 500 mesh or 0.028mm, and liquid materials can be filtered to 25 microns
2. Not easy to block the sieve: Optional bouncing ball/ultrasonic/rotating brush device to preven the mesh from blocking
3. Multi-Layer sieving: 1-5 Layers of multi layer sieving, 2-6 kinds of finished products with different mesh size can be obtained
4. Dust Free: Fully closed structure without powder flying, no powder or liquid overflow 
5. Fully automatic: Impurities and coarse materials are automatically discharged and continuously.
6. Easy to Operate: the outlet can rotate at full direction, and it only take 3-5 mins to replace the screen sieve

As it is constructed in stainless steel 304 or S316L material which is qualified applied in the food industry sifting or scalping. Because of it's compact shape and dust free design with outlet rotating at 360 degree , It is popular used for sieving different mesh size wheat flour, corn grits, removing the dust from the starch powder,filtering the waste residue from the soybean milk, milk powder classifying in different mesh size, chilli powder scaling etc.
