stainless steel double deck seed grading rotary vibrating sieve is one kind of round shape sieving machine in customized mesh size deck, it mainly used for sieving the powder in different mesh size, classifying the granules in different millimeter, separating the oversize pellets from the powder, removing the dust, filtering the liquid etc. It is also called vibro sieve, vibration screen, vibratory sifter etc.
stainless steel double deck seed grading rotary vibrating sieve is build in closed structure with feeding inlet at top center, which can avoid dust powder flying so as to creat a clean working astomasphere. It mainly be made up of the dust cover with inlet, top frame with coarse powder outlet, screen sieve in specific mesh size, bouncing ball for cleaning the mesh, the supporting punched screen plate, bottom frame with fine powder outlet, the vibration plate, the steel spring, the vertical vibration motor, the machine base etc.Rotary Vibrating Screen can be installed the mesh size from 1 to 5 max which can separate the 6 Mesh size by single machine. 1 Layer for 2 size separate, 2 Layer for 3 size separate, etc.
Adopt the vertical vibration motor as the vibration source,By means of the upper and lower hammer mounted on the vibration motor, the rotary vibrating screen sieve can convert the rotary motion force of the motor into three dimensional motion (Horizontal, Vertical, Inclined),then this motion will be transferred to the screen surface and realize the sieving purpose. The vibration force can also be adjusted by adjusting the upper and lower ends of the phase angle of the hammer so as to meet the different sieving accuracy requirement.
As it is constructed in stainless steel 304 or S316L material which is qualified applied in the food industry sifting or scalping. Because of it's compact shape and dust free design with outlet rotating at 360 degree , It is popular used for sieving different mesh size wheat flour, corn grits, removing the dust from the starch powder,filtering the waste residue from the soybean milk, milk powder classifying in different mesh size, chilli powder scaling etc.
