The rectangular swing gyro vibratory sieve separator vibrating screen is a commonly used screening equipment in the sand and gravel industry. It is a high-efficiency screening equipment developed and designed to meet the needs of users with large output and high precision. Machine Structure
The rectangular swing sieving machine is composed of a lower bracket, a screen case, inside sieving screen, a damping spring and a driving device.
Lower bracket: Made in strong square tube and it is used to support the entire screening machine with stability and firmness.
Screen case: It forms a screening chamber with sieving screen and a damping spring installed inside.
Screen mesh: Used for screening materials in the screen case.Different mesh sizes screen can be selected according to different sieving requirements.
Vibration damping spring: Installed in the screen case, it is mainly used for reducing vibration transmission and reducing noise.
Driving device: Electric or hydraulic drive is used to generate swing motion, causing the screen to swing up and down during the sieving process.
1. Feeding the materials to be screened into the screen surface.
2. The screen is vibrated by the exciter to produce high-frequency and small-amplitude fluctuations.
3. As the screen surface continues to vibrate, the particles gradually rise to the screen surface.
4. Large particles are retained at the bottom of the screen, while small particles are passed through the screen holes and fall into the collection box below.
5. After the separation is completed, the required particles are obtained for further processing
