oem triple deck scraper rotary vibrating screen is also called brush rotary vibrating screen. It is the new design to add a rotating brush above on the top layer of rotary vibrating screen machine, which can achieve the penetrating cleaning the screen sieve. It is more suitable for various powder or granules with high viscosity and high static electricity. It is one multifunctional sieving machine which integrates kneading, squeezing, cutting and screening, which applied for sieving the unqualified particles after drying, or powders that are adsorbent, easy to agglomerate, static, or agglomerated or the sieving materials that require kneading, squeezing, cutting and screening.
There are two types of brush, one is the nylon brush, another is the silicon rubber plate.
Working Principle
The brush screen uses a vertical vibration motor as the excitation source. The eccentric weights at the upper and lower ends of the vibration motor convert the rotational motion into horizontal, vertical, and tilted three-dimensional motion, and transmit it to the screen surface of the rotary vibrating screen, feeding the powder from the inlet, according to different screening requirements, the material passes through 1-5 layers of screens with different mesh numbers. During this process, the rotating scraper brush driven by the motor will do rubs, squeezes and cuts movement on the screen, so that materials with adsorption, easy agglomeration, static electricity, and agglomeration can be screened smoothly, and effectively avoid the problem of material blocking the screen sieve. Materials with different mesh sizes pass through the corresponding mesh mesh of each layer and discharged from the discharge outlet of each layer to ultimately achieve the purpose of screening or filtration.
Machine Advantages
- Suitable for the agglomerated and sticky fine powder or slurries, but hardness of the lumps is not very high and can be crushed by hand.

- The brushes can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the thickness of the material (0-8cm) to adjust the pressure and contact area between the brush and the screen
- The rotation speed of the brush screen can be adjusted upward from 0 rpm/min. The brush rotates smoothly and uniformly without significant shaking.
- The contact parts of the brush screen can be made in carbon steel, stainless steel or plastic.
- The vibration motor of the brush vibrating screen and the motor power supply of the brush are independent of each other and can be started and stopped respectively.
- The screening system and brushing system of the brush screen can be disassembled and become an ordinary rotary vibrating screen.
