Plastic vibrating screen is also called anti-corrosion vibrating screen, plastic chemical circular vibrating screen, etc. Its main purpose is to screen and filter materials with high corrosiveness. The plastic rotary vibrating screen designed and developed is specially used to solve some materials with strong corrosiveness. Different from the screening machine made of Q235 ordinary carbon steel and SUS304 stainless steel, the contacts part of the plastic vibrating screen is made of PP food grade polypropylene material, which is currently the most oxidation-resistant and corrosion-resistant filtering and sieving choice.
It's working principle is same as the general rotary vibrating screen. Adopt the vertical vibration motor as the vibration source,By means of the upper and lower hammer mounted on the vibration motor, the machine can convert the rotary motion force of the motor into three dimensional motion (Horizontal, Vertical, Inclined),then this motion will be transferred to the screen surface and realize the sieving purpose. The vibration force can also be adjusted by adjusting the upper and lower ends of the phase angle of the hammer so as to meet the different sieving accuracy requirement.
1. The anti corrosion plastic vibrating sieve is made of PP food-grade plastic, which is currently the most effective solution for screening, removing impurities and filtering materials with oxidation and corrosion of steel materials;

3. The direction of the discharge port can be adjusted arbitrarily, and coarse and fine materials are automatically discharged, which can be automated or manually operated;

7. The finest screening can reach 500 mesh (28 microns), and the finest filtration can reach 5 microns;
8. The screen can reach up to five layers, and six particle size specifications can be screened out.
Usage requirements
1. Feed evenly, and the feeding amount should be based on the equipment processing. Feeding too much at one time will hinder the normal movement of the material on the screen surface, which will not only easily cause the screen to fatigue and become loose, but also greatly reduce the material processing capacity. Giving a large amount of material at one time will suddenly increase the load of the motor, which is in an unbalanced operation, causing damage to the motor and reducing the life of the motor. If the feeding amount does not meet the processing capacity of the equipment, it will waste energy and reduce the output.
2. For feeding methods with strong impact force, a buffer hopper must be installed. The material directly impacts the mesh surface, which not only consumes the exciting force generated by the vibration source, but also easily causes mesh damage and screen fatigue, affecting the output and the quality of screening and filtration.
3. If the screening material is corrosive, please clean it up in time after use.
4. Please check whether the working net is loose frequently, and tighten the net again.
