Working Principle

Vertical vibration motor is used as the excitation source, and the upper and lower ends of the motor are installed with eccentric weight which can transform the rotation force of the motor into horizontal, vertical, and inclined directions, meanwhile transfer this motion to the screen surface, then the screen drive the material do same motion as sieve do,that is why it is called rotary vibrating screen, the powder or granules will passing through the different mesh size and discharged from each outlet then complete the whole sieving process.

All the machine surface and inside treatment in mirror polishing or sand blasting, the inlet can add the dispenser device with round hold so than can decrease the impact force of the powder drop down to the screen sieve surface, ON/OFF switch can installed to ensure the electricity safety, the outlet can install the valve gate to control the powder discharging quantity, the screen sieve can add the supporting rod to increase the bearing force, all the sealing ring and cleaning bouncing ball for the food grade Circular Rotary Vibrating Screen is top grade silicon rubber material which is qualified enough for all food related powder processing.

1.Wide Application: sieving any granules or powder as fine as 500 mesh or 0.028mm, and liquid materials can be filtered to 25 microns
2.Not easy to block the sieve: Optional bouncing ball/ultrasonic/rotating brush device to preven the mesh from blocking

4.Dust Free: Fully closed structure without powder flying, no powder or liquid overflow
